Caspira 0.2 — recursive links, template variables, and a faster graph

The second release brings the feature I originally built this for: links that resolve no matter how deeply nested the target note is. Also: template date variables, a rewritten graph renderer that handles vaults with 10k+ notes, and a handful of bug fixes.
